"Diego Corrientes was pursued by several groups of shotguners, members of the Society of Seville and led by lieutenant Mr. José de Puértolas. He was caught in a stocking station near “El Garrobo” village, on Seville’s Mountains, from where he pretended to enter the area of “Encinasola” to cross LA RAYA (the border) and enter Portugal"
